Since beginning his real estate career, Keith has built a thriving business centered around exceptional service, market knowledge, and helping clients make confident real estate decisions. He has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer in the market since 2005.

Keith is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia and is a member of the Multiple Listing Services in both states, giving his clients access to a broad range of opportunities. He also utilizes advanced marketing tools, including ListHub and upgraded Market Analysis reports, to maximize exposure for his listings and provide sellers with valuable insight into their property's activity.

Keith's journey into real estate began in 1999 when he was living in Atlanta and looking for a weekend escape. He purchased a lake lot in the area, but after discovering he couldn't dock on the property, he quickly learned the importance of having knowledgeable and trustworthy guidance. After selling the lot, doing his own research, and finding the right dockable lakefront property, Keith eventually took an early retirement after 28 years in the tobacco industry.

He built a home in Fair Play on the lake and traded the fast-paced city life for a new chapter. Not content to sit still, Keith decided to pursue his real estate license. His own experience as a buyer inspired him to provide the kind of honest service and guidance he wished he had received when purchasing his first lake property.

What started as a new career quickly became a passion—and Keith has been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate ever since.
